Overall, we had a really nice time during our extended trip. the rooms were budget-friendly, although the bedding could have been better. But, we still had a good sleep. Everything was spotless and tidy 😊.

The location of this hotel is good with a Tram stop right on the doorstep. The secure parking was a blessing.

The Hotel could benefit from a bar and could do with having a safe in the rooms or behind reception.

Had a great stay during my extended vacation, overall affordable except for the bedding.

We were really surprised at how good this hotel was. Considering the price we were really happy with our stay. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful; the room was tidy and clean; the bed was really comfortable; and the breakfast is excellent value for money. Much better than a Formula 1 hotel

The bathroom is a bit 'snug' but, again considering ow much you are paying, more than adequate.

New building ,clean rooms ,value for money .Ideal just for a stopover and near to the very good indoor skate park .

No kettle ?(But at such a cheap price it is not suprising).

The location here is convenient, right by a roundabout with a large pub, close to shopping centers, and a small mall.

The room was spotless and compact with air conditioning, and I slept very well. Location: the hotel was just next door to the town centre, and the Le Mans excellent tram system. Spent a nice evening at Le Cascand, located next to the venue👌

Great value for money, very clean comfortable hotel

The staff were very pleasant and exceptionally kind. the location is marvelous, being close to a 24-hour tram stop. - the room was neat and cheap, equipped with central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

The suite here had a modern and compact layout, with a cleverly designed bedroom.

The location of Premiere Classe Le Mans Ouest Universite provided a convenient stop over on our journey south through France. The room was both clean and comfortable.

The quality of the breakfast was frankly very disappointing. There was a lack of choice, whilst the cramped eating area led to queues for table space.

The hotel is cheap, good staff, not far from down town, with free internet and parking

The venue is in a calm neighborhood and conveniently close to various dining options, fast food places, bus stops, and the city center.

Convenience of the hotel for tram journey into Le Mans. This saved taking the car with accompanying parking problems. Good value breakfast. Secure overnight parking. Excellent location for access to A28/A11 motorways.

Room smelled of tobacco.Suggest use of air freshener.
